Personal Video Publishing
TechCrunch has a great post on personal video pubslishing. Make sure you read through the comments for the whole list of companies. Maybe of note is that revver offers the user the opportunity to monetize their own video content similar to what Fruitcast (see earlier post today) does to podcasts.
