I just talked with the founders of a Hamburg Internet startup which I wrote about earlier and they are actively looking for great people (VP Engineering, Webdesign…). They say that for a successful referral they are willing to give out a free ticket to a Soccer World Cup game! Isn’t that a lot more creative than cash bounties paid at sites like yorz.com…?
