Just arrived in incredibly sunny Berlin at the re:publica conference…seems like there is a pretty good turn out, and the very “Berlin-like” location Kalkscheune already sets it apart from all the conferences in nondescript chain hotels. There is a pretty broad lists of sponsors (or “partners” using the less commercial term) but there is no VC among them - that’s the first surprise!
